Order Cancellation Policy

Because many of our products are made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Order Changes Policy

Please make sure all order details are correct before completing checkout.

This includes:

• Shipping address
• Item selection
• Size or color options

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the processing stage.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection Policy

We take fraudulent purchases and chargebacks very seriously.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to contact us first if there is an issue with your order so we can work together to resolve it.

Filing a false chargeback after receiving your order may result in:

• Your account being flagged
• Future orders being canceled
• Evidence being submitted to the payment provider
